"Teaching is the greatest act of optimism" - Colleen Wilcox
I have had a wide range of experiences teaching and mentoring students and peers from vastly diverse backgrounds ever since I was a high school student in Jamaica. These collective experiences continually shape the type of instructor I am. Teaching has made an immense impact on how I view and communicate my science. Without the unique experiences and beautiful respective individuality my past students have shared with me, I would be much further away from the independent geoscientist I hope to become.
Please feel free to explore a snippet of some of my documented experiences at Lafayette and Michigan.
